How to Record a Video Hotel Review

FOCUSED HOTEL REVIEWS

One video clip per compliment or complaint - that's the rule.  Your video is only 60-seconds, make certain that you make your voice heard by keeping your hotel video review focused.  Be concise but thorough,  capturing specific video evidence that future travelers will find valuable

AVOID FOUL LANGUAGE

Make sure your video is about the room or the hotel and make sure it does not become about you and your anger.  Sometimes guests shoot a video because they have become angry.  That's why we created this platform.  So show the whole world your evidence.  The video will be more persuasive than a few choice words.

HONESTY AND BALANCE

Offer both compliments and criticisms as needed. Share what pleasantly surprised you and what could be improved, giving viewers a well-rounded perspective. Remember that your review can influence other travelers' decisions, so honesty is key.

CAPTURE THE EVIDENCE

Show, don't just tell. Use your camera to capture visuals of whatever you believe we need to see.  The great benefit to video is that the camera is a very persuasive witness. Use a slow, controlled pan to showcase the space, emphasizing what you loved or found lacking.
